Roseland Ballroom-replacing rental launches from $2,900/month
Five years after the project was announced, Curbed is reporting that leasing has launched at ARO, the 62-story tower bringing 426 luxury rentals to the Midtown West neighborhood in NYC. ARO, which was designed by CetraRuddy Architects, is located on the former site of the Roseland Ballroom and will present a sleek modern facade in the architecturally traditional area. These no-fee Midtown West apartments range in size from studios to three-bedroom residences and feature 10-foot-high ceilings, hardwood oak flooring, Carrara marble and Dolomiti tile in the baths, and in-home washer/dryers. The building will also include a four-bedroom duplex, with details yet to be unveiled.
