Roseland Ballroom-replacing Midtown skyscraper gets a new name, new look
ARO topped out at more than 700 feet in late 2017, and pictures from Curbed show the building’s white lattice facade nearing the roof. ARO is a new residential tower from developer Algin Management and architecture firm CetraRuddy that is located on the former site of the Roseland Ballroom. The building is home to 426 apartments for rent in Midtown West, ranging in size from studios to a four-bedroom penthouse and featuring modern interiors with 10-foot ceilings, expansive windows that admit ample natural light, and high-end finishes and appliances. Residents will have access to a suite of amenities spanning 40,000 square feet, as well as conveniences like on-site parking.
