First Look At Four Hot Skyscrapers
Starring in the Forbes roundup of Manhattan’s hottest forthcoming skyscrapers is ARO, the 62-story rental building slated to house 426 luxury no-fee Midtown West apartments. This curvy tower is located on the former site of the renowned Roseland Ballroom and is keeping the area stylish with its sleek white-metal grid and sculptural glass facade. The residences range in size from studios to three bedrooms and four bedroom penthouse, and feature floor-to-ceiling windows, oak hardwood flooring, chef’s kitchens, and spacious baths. The lobby will be home to a sculptural reception desk with 24/7 concierge service and will feature a work by artist James Greco that uses letters from the Roseland Ballroom’s famous marquee.
