Virtual Personal Training Sessions

URBN Playground also offers ARO residents virtual personal training sessions; like the in-house classes, these workouts are based on the needs, career, life, and goals of the individual. The difference is that you can follow your personal trainer on your phone or laptop at a time that suits you. Either work out in the yoga studio or do it from the comfort of your apartment or terrace.
Outdoor Classes

Take to the beautiful garden terrace and work on your yoga moves (Tuesdays at 6 pm), build on your core strength (Wednesdays at 7 pm), and improve cardio and all-around fitness with Bootcamp Express (Thursdays at 6 pm). Practice your dribbling skills and penalty shots on the indoor basketball court. Do bench presses, bicep curls, or run 10K in the fitness center.
